A GLOBAL MOVEMENT
From its beginnings in East Africa, RFEW has grown into an international fellowship connecting people across countries. Our local chapters bring the global mission to life in their own communities:
RFEW KENYA
Focuses on connecting Female and Male Rotarians, Rotaractors, community and corporate allies in Kenya around a shared commitment to women's empowerment and community impact, with key priorities including women's leadership, education and girls' empowerment, economic empowerment, health and wellbeing, community service, partnerships and resource mobilisation, and advocacy.
RFEW UGANDA
Focuses on bringing together women, Rotarians, Rotaractors, professionals and allies committed to leadership, fellowship, service and the empowerment of women and girls.
RFEW TANZANIA
Focuses on service, mentorship, leadership development, economic empowerment and advocacy through locally driven action.
RFEW INDIA
Focuses on creating opportunities to connect women, develop leaders, support meaningful initiatives and build partnerships that advance the wellbeing and empowerment of women and girls.
RFEW USA
Focuses on mental health and access to resources, workforce development, STEAM initiatives, women's health advocacy (including menopause awareness), Women of Impact, and global connections.
